Yes.  It's called "PMI" in TransMagic. 

First, the function needs to be turned on:

- Go to File -> Settings

- Click the "General Tab"

- Check the option "Enable PMI Translation"

Now, when you open a Catia V5 file, you should be able to see the annotations.
